Muhsin Parari is an Indian film director, writer, and lyricist, who is working in Malayalam films. He started his career by directing the music album Native Bapa in which the actor Mamukkoya played the lead role. He worked as assistant director in feature films like 5 Sundarikal and Last Supper. His first film as a director was KL 10 Patthu. In 2016, He returned with Funeral of a Native Son, a sequel to Native Bappa. Muhsin co-wrote the movie Sudani from Nigeria with director Zakariya Mohammed in 2018.

Muhsin has previously written lyrics for his own music albums, Native Bappa and Funeral of a Native Son. Thamaasha, directed by his friend Ashraf Hamza, marked his feature debut as a lyricist in 2019. Muhsin was asked to turn Paadi Njan, an unfinished Mappilappaattu composed by Pulikkottil Hyder, into a full-length song. He also composed three additional songs for Thamaasha. Later that year, he composed Malayalam lyrics for Spread Love, a promotional music for the film Virus, which was accompanied by English lyrics contributed by Shelton Pinheiro.

In 2020, he composed Chayappaattu, a song for Sithara Krishnakumar’s Project Malabaricus, as well as two songs for the film Halal Love Story. Sundaranayavane from Halal Love Story earned him the Best Lyricist prize at the 10th South Indian International Movie Awards. In 2021, he collaborated once more with Ashraf Hamza, writing all of the songs for Hamza’s second film, Bheemante Vazhi.
